Since I’ve updated my phone to ios 26.4. I’m unable to access greythr. Once I login, I just see the loading screen and nothing else. PS, I’m using iphone 16.

After every 2 days automatically the app is asking to update and data is consumed.. lot of interruptions in service..

The application is good, but it again and again asked for LOGIN. Whenever there is new update. The expensive approval is not available in the app. Sometime the app goes in no response mode.

The payslip on iOS 18.4.1 is getting saved to containers/data/applications folder which seems like not accessible by the user. 

If the Face ID is enabled, and once we switch the app and come back, it refreshes to the home screen and getting lost the page where the user was whole switching the app.

This app is frequently crashing in a day or two. It’s not able to fetch the geo fencing many times. I marked late because of this app many times. You guys can’t handle even a crowd of 20 30 people opening the app at the same time. Apply some load balancer. App crashing issues are frequent in the app which causes irritation because i have to open it again and again.  I don’t know how you guys get 4.6 star rating. Must be paid ratings.

I am experiencing an issue with the GreytHR app on my iPhone. Despite enabling location access in the app settings, it does not seem to function as expected. This is affecting features that rely on accurate location data, such as attendance marking or other location-based functionalities.

Absolutely Terrible Experience with Greyt HR Software

I regret choosing Greyt HR software. It has been an absolute waste of time and money. From the start, the staff and implementation team have been incredibly unprofessional. They lure you in with cheap services, but once you sign up, you’re left without any real support or solution to Software issues.

The technical knowledge among their team is shockingly poor. I had multiple interactions with Deepa from Bangalore, as well as Nithya, Praveen, Deepak, and Shakthi from the Chennai team, and it was a frustrating experience every time. They seem completely lost when it comes to resolving issues.

One of our biggest problems has been attendance syncing. They don’t even understand why it's failing, and I have wasted countless hours trying to get this sorted out. WORST attendance and salary calculations with errors, leading to so many issues for our employees.

Overall, if you're looking for reliable HR software with proper support, stay away from Greyt.  1/10 rating

Hi,
In recent update, Day Detail page is not working under Attendance Info.
The moment you land on the screen, it keep showing loader but it doesn’t fetch and show any details.

App is working good. One suggestion or basic requirement is app security lock. As the opens directly if we have not logged out in earlier session. So from my view it should have pin/face unlock option to avoid direct access.

1. Sign out: why it is compulsory? If it is compulsory, there should be reminder notification, may be after 10 hrs of sign in, so that employees who forget to sign out get chance to sign out. Otherwise, it is regularisation , is a additional work for both employee & approver.

2. There should be facility to apply attendance for long “out duty” in one time & in-advance.

Most of the time this app doesn’t work, it will keep you logout and once trying to login, it will take 30 minutes or never get logged into n . The support system is pathetic , you keep calling them and they will never respond

You need to fix this thing they issue when we are logging with the email ID it’s go to the browser of Safari and so I cannot be able to scroll that like the half and half part is in upper side and unable to see and unable to type like this is just disgusting. I tried 10 to 15 times then I am able to login and this is not the first time like seriously you need to improve this thing.

This application automatically logs out every week or month. Currently, I am facing a login issue.
I am receiving the OTP successfully; however, after entering the OTP, the application gets stuck on the same page and does not proceed further.
Kindly check and resolve this issue at the earliest, as I am unable to access the application.

The latest version at least on iOS has login issues. When I select email Id as login method and then use SSO, a popup window shows up but goes out of screen and am not able to view the text fields to type and what options are available. Very poor quality!!

We recently purchased this product for a startup in India. We got the demo and initial quote of the complete product but during the negotiations they reduced the price but smartly downgraded the plan without explaining. We made the down payment for entire year. we caught the feature difference during onboarding but when we pointed out  the staff became so rude and unprofessional. They don't follow minimum business ethics. The sales team is desperate to sell with false promises. Customers must never make advance payment.

It’s was very slow at every day morning especially the 9:30 to 10:00. And this is my shift time, I have lost many days in my attendance, and I have been deducted lots of my salary due to this app. If the server is not sufficiently to handle this much of requests then why you have to deployed it into live?

Can’t login. The screen goes up with half black screen. Logging out and can’t access the so called downloaded docs since the location it’s saved in is prehistoric location. Uninstalled and feeling awesome.

I had some trouble accessing and downloading my payslip on the greytHR iOS app - the page wasn't loading property, and I couldn't find the downloaded file. But the support team was very prompt and helpful in resolving the issue. The glitch was fixed quickly, and everything is now working smoothly. I’m using this application for more than 6+years, it is amazing and very user friendly to access. For an employee it’s quite difficult without ESS. Now it’s in my pocket.

After upgrading to the latest version the app stopped working. Plz hire qualified engineers and fix it. There’s always problems in the app from day one of use.
