Fixes a bug where logging a card on a slow connection could save it twice.

New in this version:
- Bulk add: log a stack of cards from the same set in one go, then fill in the details later.
- Duplicates: keep track of more than one copy of the same card.
- 4x4 binder pages (16 to a page), alongside the usual 3x3 and landscape.
- Add a photo of the card back, not just the front.
- More driver photos, and smoother drag to reorder your cards, binders and collections.
- Mark a whole set as owned, with a badge when a collection is complete.
- A good few fixes and bits of polish throughout.
