It forces students to book a parking slot even when there are no parking spaces available, which completely defeats the purpose of the app. Instead of making parking easier, it only creates frustration and wastes time. The previous parking system, before the Gridee app was introduced, was much more convenient and practical. This app has made the parking experience significantly worse.
