Our HVAC system uses this for changes and I couldn’t recommend this company less. ### 1/5 — No way to register in the app *2023-09-08, version 4.3* My building recommended I download this app. I accepted the terms, which were unusually sparse, and was sent directly to a log in page with no option to register a new account. It won’t even allow me to pass the captcha to see if I’m already registered. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2021-09-30, version 3.9* This system is generally crap. Supposed to save money but will end up costing much more. Run away from gridpoint. ### 1/5 — Crashing, uninstall reinstall *2018-06-26, version 3.1.9* App itself is great, but I am having a problem where the app will crash and refuse to open back up. So I end up having to uninstall and reinstall. Has happened every couple days.
