Nor do I think it accurately reports my useage, specifically it never seems to match my monthly electric bill or does a decent comparison to the previous month. I must be missing something :( ### 3/5 — Events Not Working *2024-07-05* After the last update, the Events section didn’t work. When I would click on it, it automatically quits. The event end in September and you will be paid at the end of the year. I am confused. I have left multiple phone messages and the email link doesn’t work. So frustrating. Who would want to sign up if they don’t even follow through? ### 1/5 — Sign up is endless and ultimately hasn’t worked for me. *2023-05-06, version 2.0.5* If you have nothing but time on your hands and enjoy giving away personal info with the hope of receiving a few dollars, this is the awful app for you. Best of all, long after you’ve given up, they send you emails saying “your almost there” asking you to create an account - that you’ve already created! Then it’s password reset time. Then, back to connecting your account and that’s where the real fun begins. Looking for some time to meditate? This may be your solution. Stare at the spinning wheel until you reach enlightenment. I have. And now I know that no amount of money is worth dealing with this nonsense. I tried to reset password, but no link was sent to me. The first year the electronic transfer didn’t work. This year they sent a pdf check. My bank (Chase) wouldn’t accept it through the app or in person. This says I would pay around $73 for the month but when I got my bill it was much higher. Yea if it can’t give accurate readings then why bother?
