### 4/5 — Great game

*2026-08-03, version 6.0.0*

Bring MotoGP back and you will have me back to 5* again! 🙂

### 2/5 — Impossible de sélectionner un sport

*2025-12-27*

Impossible de sélectionner un sport lors de la création d’une league

### 5/5 — Great game

*2025-12-23, version 5.0.2*

Many fans enjoy GridRival because it makes watching races even more fun — every practice lap, qualifying result, and race finish means something for your fantasy team. Users often say the app keeps them engaged throughout the season, gives them great tools to analyze drivers, and helps them compete in a way that feels rewarding and fresh.

### 5/5 — Fantastic App!

*2025-12-02, version 5.0.2*

Gridrival app and experience is excellent. They have come along way! Keep going!

### 3/5 — DO NOT SPIN THE WHEEL

*2025-10-25, version 5.0.2*

Spinning the wheel is a robbery. You will just spend $.75 every time you click the button. Avoid it completely

### 5/5 — Running 1 F1 Pool

*2025-10-18, version 5.0.2*

Started an F1 pool a few years back for new fans…has been an extremely easy app to have folks log into and navigate…all the new features like minimum points if you forgot to to a full roster in keeps everyone invested for the year…much appreciated!!

### 5/5 — 😎

*2025-10-17, version 5.0.2*

My absolute favorite app to bet on.

### 5/5 — It’s a fun app and makes the midfield a lot more intersting

*2025-10-14, version 5.0.2*

This is our third season on the app. We’re enjoying it quite a lot. I feel like the first year we encountered some bugs at times, and really the crew there figuring out how to address weird situations that happened in F1 (not unlike the FIA itself). The grid rival team however has made the app better and better as it’s gone on - while the FIA and F1 remain… inconsistent!

Great app, we’re having fun and appreciate it. I believe it’s better than the F1’s own fantasy and once you figure out the mechanics, it’s even more fun.

### 5/5 — Best app in fantasy motor racing

*2025-10-10, version 5.0.2*

GridRival makes every F1 season so much more fun. This is the best fantasy game for F1 and motor sports by far, blows the native F1 game out of the water. GR understands season long fantasy leagues. Managing your team in a league of buddies is a ton of fun with strategy in contract length and picking mid field drivers when they are peaking, and nailing talent driver for 2x points. It is so much more than picking Verstappen to win, or this year one of the McClarin’s. This is the fantasy F1 game for real racing fans and fantasy sports lovers alike.

### 5/5 — More sports

*2025-09-26, version 5.0.2*

Pick em more picks from soccer nfl and nba

### 5/5 — Thumbs Up!

*2025-09-02, version 5.0.2*

My family very much enjoyed our first IndyCar season on the App. It has been great way to share our interest in IndyCar across three generations who live geographically separated by hundreds of miles. The support is prompt and to the point. We think these folks are doing great work.

### 2/5 — The scoring is poorly thought out

*2025-07-07, version 5.0.2*

I like the contracts aspect of the game as it presents more of a challenge than simple always picking the best drivers every weekend. But the scoring itself is borderline incomprehensible and too complicated.

### 5/5 — F1 At A Another Level

*2025-07-04, version 5.0.2*

GridRival has taken my F1 weekends to another level. It makes the races way more exciting!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No but improvements after years of the same issue.

*2026-06-13, version 6.0.0*

It would be great if filtering by races worked, but they haven’t fixed it in year, and you can do it by the current race. Pretty simple stuff and they reduce to improve it.

### 1/5 — Unfinished product terrible support

*2026-03-13, version 6.0.0*

Glitchy, and very hacked together app. Don’t waste your time with it. They’ve had four years and still can’t figure out how to have live standings during a race event. Totally insane miss and support won’t even respond back to you.

### 1/5 — Race IQ is misleading

*2026-01-28, version 6.0.0*

The UI for race IQ is misguiding. They are slots masquerading as a skilled game. The app doesnt tell clearly when the game is being started and deducts balance automatically.

### 1/5 — RaceIQ scammed me

*2025-11-20, version 5.0.2*

Their newest feature is RaceIQ, where you pick 2 results, and you spin a wheel, that then chooses a race within the last season. It didn’t make sense to me, as I was under the impression it was a race pick for the upcoming Las Vegas GP but it wasn’t. The “wheel spin” is a blur, so the app can choose a race where your two picks didn’t work out. Essentially the results of the past race determine if you get money. Of course the app chooses a race where my picks don’t work, and it took my money. Joke of an app, literally just scamming at this point.

### 1/5 — Amateur website, be cautious

*2025-10-28, version 5.0.2*

I’ve been betting on sports for years and this site is by far the worst… I started winning on NASCAR and they bumped my max bet from $200 per lineup down to $100, and then finally down to $50. Then when I decided to take my money elsewhere, it took almost 2 and a half weeks to withdrawal my money. Can only withdrawal $1000 at a time, and had to email support multiple times after multiple days had passed to bug them about my withdrawals, only then would the withdrawal go through. Sounds like a company that doesn’t have a lot of money sitting around to pay off winners… be careful.

### 1/5 — Scammy betting. Will void picks if the odds change

*2025-10-08, version 5.0.2*

Really scummy betting practices. They will void picks if the odds change. I picked correctly but they voided my pick because Carlos did well in FP3. I don’t have a choice to void picks so I don’t see they should.

On the other hand, the fantasy section of the app is great. Would recommend it for that but stay away from the picks.

### 1/5 — SCAM

*2025-09-09, version 5.0.2*

Logged in one day and my money was just gone. Glad I only put a nickel in

### 1/5 — Going Backwards

*2025-06-07, version 5.0.2*

To begin the season the NASCAR product was great, full boards with H2Hs for all three series. Cup qualifying was also added recently but over the past month we have lost Truck/Xfinity H2Hs and no Cup Q board for two weeks straight. In a time where none of the “big sites” offer lower series NASCAR and only one offers Cup qualifying, this is a huge step backwards in what originally made GridRival different for motorsport enthusiasts. I will say they have the most helpful support system of any player prop app / sportsbook which is another thing I hope never changes. With the NASCAR playoffs right around the corner, I would love to see the return of what made GridRival great and hopefully expand on it instead of going the other direction.

### 1/5 — IndyCar fantasy app horribly complicated

*2025-05-23, version 5.0.2*

As someone who enjoys fantasy sports and watching IndyCar races, I found the GridRival app overly complicated and frustrating to use. The user interface feels more suited for sports betting than for enhancing the fan experience. If you are looking for something as niche as betting on recess and do not have a betting app, maybe this could serve a purpose, but as a fantasy racing platform, it misses the mark.

Key issues include driver contracts that do not expire as expected, which leads to accumulating release fees that reduce your annual salary cap. For the Indy 500, three of my drivers were unexpectedly released and then locked, preventing me from signing them again. It made no sense and completely disrupted my team.

The old IndyCar app was far simpler, more intuitive, and actually made watching races more enjoyable. With GridRival, most people in my league have stopped keeping up with it because the fun is gone.

I have contacted customer service multiple times. While they respond, they offer no real solutions.

This app turns something fun into a chore. IndyCar, if you are reading this, please return to your original app. Sometimes simple is better.

### 1/5 — Keeps crashing

*2025-05-02, version 5.0.2*

The new update is awful. It crashes every few minutes!!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2026-07-17, version 6.0.0*

Really enjoy the game and adds much more interest to an F1 race weekend

### 5/5 — Amazing app for your F1 fantasy league!

*2026-05-20, version 6.0.0*

This app was so much fun and easy to use (once you get the hang of it). The instructions are pretty simple and straight forward, plus they have instructions videos and the preview live videos the creators of the app do on YouTube are so helpful for strategies.

I participate in 3 different leagues; two created by F1 content creators and one created by me with my coworkers. It was a great way to keep us engaged through the season and discuss the races and the drivers. So much fun!

### 5/5 — Customer service is responsive

*2026-05-19, version 6.0.0*

I’ve experienced some challenges with my credit card being accepted. I notified customer service and my
Problem was resolved within 24 hours.

### 5/5 — I’m enjoying F1 so much more now!

*2026-04-28, version 6.0.0*

GridRival’s unique betting lines and fantasy league have made me follow F1 more closely these days . I’m competing with my friends in the league and also making some cash on the side 😎

### 5/5 — Best Option

*2026-03-13, version 6.0.0*

Way better than the f1 app. Far better concept

### 5/5 — Support

*2026-02-19, version 6.0.0*

I locked myself out of the league I’m in, and GridRival’s support team had me back in within a day.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-02-10, version 6.0.0*

Most fun as an adult enjoying NASCAR last year. Revived my love of NASCAR as my favorite sport. I had never played fantasy racing before. Made NASCAR and F1 a lot of fun to watch. Shoutout to The Race!

### 5/5 — Takes F1 up a notch!

*2026-02-04, version 6.0.0*

The whole family loves the competition in grid rival and really makes even the most boring race (Monaco) interesting! Well done guys 👏

### 5/5 — Can’t log in

*2026-01-18, version 6.0.0*

Won’t let me log into my existing account through Apple

### 5/5 — Love It

*2025-12-31, version 6.0.0*

This is the first year I played fantasy racing. By far the most fun I’ve had watching and following NASCAR and F1 as an adult. Shout out to The Race for advertising Grid Rival. The NASCAR fantasy game is much better than the official NASCAR fantasy game.
