### 4/5 — Easy to navigate , clear, enlightening

The first thing I noticed was the clear audio and how calming Diana’s voice is.  The app navigates through the lessons quite easily.  I jumped around a little and went back to some lessons I felt I could use again.  Although this is an app, it is very private and personal feeling.   A great tool to have in hand because you never know when you could have an off day. Great resource!
