What an awesome resource app. It’s like a one-stop shop for everything related to coping tools. My therapist told me to create a coping tools box for when my grief gets triggered so I can use this as my go-to place to keep everything organized. I like that I can bookmark my favorite things to create my toolbox.

This app is all around so helpful for all of us experiencing grief. There’s no way to bring back our loved ones, but having a community of people to talk about them with and helpful tools to cope makes a big difference. I love this app and if you’re going through a loss it’s worth downloading ❤️
