## What is Griffel?

Stop taking minutes. Griffel is the AI minute-taker that asks follow-up questions: put your phone on the table, have the conversation, and receive professional meeting minutes in your inbox within minutes — with a summary, action items, decisions, and open points.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Put your phone on the table. Griffel records your meeting and takes notes. All you have to do is have the conversation.
2. Griffel asks follow-up questions. A few short questions afterwards sharpen the minutes. No vague AI summary, but minutes that are actually right.
3. Name the speakers. Griffel recognizes who is speaking — listen to a short clip and name each speaker with one tap.
4. Minutes in your inbox. Accurately summarized and ready to share with colleagues or clients.

WHY GRIFFEL
• The AI minute-taker that asks questions: unclear points become questions, not assumptions
• Built for in-person meetings — no bot crashing your video call
• Add context (an agenda, quote, or other document) so names, amounts, and industry terms come out right
• Minutes in English or Dutch
• Send directly to up to 10 recipients
• Keeps recording in the background, even during long meetings
• Offline? Griffel uploads your recording as soon as you're back online

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
• Your meeting data is processed in the EU
• Your recording is deleted immediately after processing
• Griffel keeps no copy of your minutes — they exist only in your email
• Your transcript stays hidden

TRY IT FOR FREE
Start free with 3 meetings per month. No credit card required.

GRIFFEL PRO — €14.99 per month or €149.99 per year (incl. VAT)

WHO IT'S FOR
For everyone who meets and is done with taking minutes: consultants, account managers, project leads, advisors, boards, and teams that want their agreements in writing — without assigning someone to do it.

Press record. Your minutes are on their way.

Resetting your password now works when the app is already open. Clearer messages when signing in and for expired links.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-10-21

Vertex AI (EU) can now also draft your notes. That is why Griffel asks for your consent to AI processing again. Everything is processed in the EU.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-10-08

After your meeting you get fewer, clearer questions. You can check names again and keep them for future meetings. The answer field for an open question is clearer.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-10-07

Your notes are better and more complete. The first question after your meeting is about its goal: pick up to three, or type your own. The transcript goes with your notes as a text file. You can turn it off under Account. Add your company name to your profile. The consent for AI processing has a new text. Everything is processed in the EU. Studying at Avans? With your student.avans.nl address you get Griffel Pro for free.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-04

Choose how detailed your notes are for each meeting: concise, standard or detailed. Pro is now also available per year. A recording arrives even when your phone locks or sending is interrupted.
