Хочу поделиться крайне неприятной ситуацией с этим заведением.

Я часто заказывала здесь шаурму, в том числе ориентируясь на указанный состав и БЖУ (белки, жиры, углеводы) — особенно важно, когда следишь за питанием. Однако в один из последних заказов я почувствовала, что вкус резко изменился: вместо заявленного сметанного соуса там оказался какой-то майонезный чесночный. Я обратилась к сотрудникам, и они спокойно ответили, что состав шаурмы поменяли ещё год назад!

На сайте, в приложении и в рекламных материалах до сих пор указан старый состав и БЖУ, никто об этом не сообщает. Поддержка ресторана отвечает крайне медленно — обычно через 1–2 дня. При этом их ответы абсолютно формальны: они либо вообще не владеют информацией о составе и БЖУ, либо пишут, что «не могут помочь» или «ничего не знают».

⚠️ Это прямое нарушение законодательства Республики Беларусь:
— Закон «О защите прав потребителей» (ст. 10 и 13) — обман потребителя, предоставление недостоверной информации о составе и пищевой ценности.
— ТР ТС 022/2011 («Пищевая продукция в части её маркировки») — обязанность указывать правдивую и актуальную информацию о составе и БЖУ.
— КоАП РБ (ст. 12.17) — нарушение правил торговли.

Будьте внимательны! А я подумаю, стоит ли вообще сюда возвращаться.
