Like as soon as I have paid I get an animation that my stamps have gone up and then upon going to the rewards page, turns out they haven’t gone up at all?? Is it an issue with the app or is somebody getting fired for this BS? Never getting Grill’d again…go to Nandos - prices are better and their rewards system actually makes sense ### 1/5 — Driver cancelled order *2026-07-10, version 4.6.5* The driver cancelled my order abruptly when they were on there way and I had to apply for a refund but there is absolutely no way to do this on the app so I had to send Grill’d an email for which I still haven’t received a reply for. I was charged $50 without getting my meal and have received zero customer and in app support to assist with this. I will never use this app again and will adamantly share this experience with us because this is by far the worst take away food app to use. If I could give it zero stars I would because I have repeated problems with Grill’d support when it comes to missing items as well as this recent issue. It seems like a very easy way for a driver to get paid without doing the actual order.
