Hat alles was man benötigt. Nur leider ist der Temperaturverlauf total unnötig da er zufällig beim öffnen der App gelöscht ist. ### 2/5 — Disappointing development *2022-07-17, version 1.5.8* App has been updated last time four years ago . Appscreen is even sized for old iPhones and does not use full screen on new devices. One star is for pure functionality. It still works somehow, at least. Each rating here in this AppStore was answered with standard clauses ### 3/5 — Very easy to use. Kinda cheap. *2022-07-04* Overall the user friendly app makes it worth it. That said, the devise itself is pretty cheaply made and I don’t think it could handle being dropped so take care. My main problem with this thermometer is that the charting capabilities in the app reset every time you get out of Bluetooth range or you close the app on your phone. I wish it would just update when you return so you can see meat stalling on long smokes. ### 3/5 — Keine Bluetooth Verbindung mit neuem iPhone +LÖSUNG+ *2021-12-26, version 1.5.8* Hallo, nach dem Wechsel von iphone 7 auf iphone 11 konnte keine Bluetooth Verbindung hergestellt werden. Alle Verbindungsversuche haben fehlgeschlagen. Lösung!!! App löschen und neu installieren. Wieder alles wie vorher. Funktioniert!!! ### 1/5 — Finger weg!!!! *2019-12-25, version 1.5.8* Das Teil funktioniert Tadellos aber die App und die Verbindung zur Fritzbox ein Desaster da investiert man fast 250€ mit 4 Fühler und dann funktioniert es nicht mal.... warte seit 2 Jahren auf ein Update das die Verbindung mal stabil wird aber das interessiert den Hersteller 0 ### 1/5 — Funktioniert aber alt *2019-11-26, version 1.5.8* An für sich funktioniert die App und auch die Bedienbarkeit ist übersichtlich. ABER: 2 Jahre seit dem letzten Update? Eine Anpassung an iOS 13 und vor allem die größeren Displays der neuen Geräte wäre mehr als überfällig. Leider ist die App seit einem Jahr nicht mehr aktualisiert worden. Kann nichts Speichern oder wenn ich über mehrere Stunden etwas gegrillt habe, das ich zurück scrolle oder per Zoom den Chart meines Bedürfnisses anpassen kann. Sehr ärgerlich. Würde schon gerne verfolgen, wie unterschiedliche Gar-Methode waren, bzw. Was ich daran ändern könnte um noch perfekter zu werden. ### 2/5 — iPhone 5 resolution *2018-12-29* The app is ok but as a developer myself I’m very confused as to why they haven’t updated this to work with modern iPhone resolutions. The limited screen size is really a turn off and makes me want to return it and get Weber that has an updated app. Can you please release an update that makes this not look terrible on an iPhone X. The GrillEye® Team ### 3/5 — Good basic functionality, but... *2018-09-07, version 1.5.8* The app allows comfortable temperature monitoring and the alarm functions allow me to go to sleep during longjobs. So far so good - however, a few small, easily implementable improvements would really make it a class of its own: 1 - A landscape display mode 2 - The graphs should not restart every 6 hours - when I do a 20 h longjob I want to see it all in the graph. 3 - It would be really easy to save the data sets used for the graph into a CSV file for later reference and evaluation. Why is this feature missing? ### 3/5 — Gute App *2018-08-10, version 1.5.8* Ich konnte mein Inkbird Thermometer ohne Probleme mit der App verbinden. Die Bedienung ist extrem einfach. Die App funktioniert bisher gut. Ich habe allerdings nur 4 Temperaturfühler und würde gerne Kanal 5 und 6 in der Übersicht ausblenden. Schade… ### 1/5 — Works good, but… *2021-11-28* There are 3 people in my household that cook, and only 1 person can use the app to monitor the thermometer. Not at a time, but at all. So, I am the only person that can use the thermometer. This is extremely frustrating. Please be so kind and contact as at support@grilleye.com The GrillEye® Team ### 1/5 — Software buggy, Alarme unzuverlässig, Support schweigt *2021-02-01, version 1.5.8* Software buggy, Alarmierung funktioniert nicht bzw nach Zufallsprinzip, Support ratlos und reagiert mittlerweile gar nicht mehr. Benachrichtigen funktionieren nur wenn die App im Vordergrund läuft und das iPhone Display an ist - und auch nur beim ersten Alarm (unabhängig von der konfigurierten Cooldown Time). Danach herrscht bei allen Folgealarmen Stille. AppleWatch Benachrichtigen funktionieren fast nie. Support hat bestätigt dass die Konfiguration passt und das Gerät defekt sei. Nach 2h Remote Support Session empfahl der App Entwickler das Gerät austauschen zu lassen. Die Ursache liegt aber bei der App, da auch das neue GrillEye Pro Plus mit aktueller Firmware die selben Fehler zeigt. Der Support reagiert nun gar nicht mehr, ignoriert alle Emails und behebt auch keine Bugs. Absolut nicht geeignet für Long Jobs oder um nachts die Gaszufuhr über die Garraumtemperatur zu beobachten. Ich habe viele Geräte und Apps getestet. Das hier war leider das enttäuschendste, vermutlich weil die Erwartungen höher waren als beim 0815 China Produkt, die sind aber fast alle zuverlässiger ### 1/5 — Leider kam nie die Apple Watch Unterstützung *2020-11-18, version 1.5.8* Wurde vom Support immer nur versprochen. Echt Schade. Nach zwei Jahren wurde Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen und ich wurde gebeten eine E-Mail zu senden. Leider ist dies auch schon wieder drei Monate her und es erfolgt schon wieder kein Feedback. Leider durch diesen schlechten Service nicht zu empfehlen. ### 1/5 — Hardware gut / App ist es nicht *2020-08-22, version 1.5.8* Hier geht es um die Bewertung der App und nicht um die Hardware (mit der bin ich zufrieden). However, it had many more features and probes, with Bluetooth connection, finally made me give it a try. I was not disappointed. The range is good and 6 probe functionality is really nice. (4 probes with package) The ability to customize programs, watch trends on my WSM, all from my phone was a game changer. The battery life is astounding. If there is anything that I could suggest is a Wi-Fi connection and when adjusting temperature the ability to press & hold the +/- to quick scroll to the desired temperature. (Constant tapping is kind of a pain) Possibly a carry case to keep things organized and maybe add a little weight to the unit itself to make it seem more substantial. Graphische Auswertung brauche ich nicht ... wozu auch , möchte ja keine Doktorarbeit draus machen . Wünschenswert wäre eine Widget Funktion mit Überblick im Sperrbildschirm . Wäre aber "Nice to have" kein "Must have" . ### 5/5 — Tolle App und bestes Thermometer *2017-03-06, version 1.5.7* Hab das GrillEye nun einige Monate und schon für einige Fleischarten verwendet. Verbindung mit Smartphone funktionierte perfekt. Einziger Nachteil war bislang das piepen vom Sender (störend für die Nachbarn nachts um halb drei). Dies ist nun aber nun nach dem neuesten Update Geschichte ;-) ### 5/5 — (Fast) Perfekt *2017-01-05, version 1.5.1* Das GrillEye Thermometer in Verbindung mit der App ist wirklich klasse! Die App ist sehr übersichtlich und aufgeräumt und bietet alles was man erwartet, die Verbindung ist sehr stabil und hält auch über größere Distanzen. Ich muss mich meinem Vorredner jedoch anschließen und wünsche mir auch, dass man den Alarm an der Station deaktivieren kann. Außerdem fände ich eine einfach AppleWatch App noch klasse. Dann müsste man nicht jedesmal das iPhone aus der Tasche holen, sondern könnte schnell auf der Uhr nach der Temperatur sehen. One improvement I would like to see is a better scaling on the historical graphs.
