After 2 hours of waiting when i contacted them to trace my order they surprised me by saying there is no order. The order prove i have received from them on my email showing order in kitchen and cooking but never progressed post cooking. All thumbs down! ### 1/5 — They Block Your Account After 1st use *2024-06-17, version 6.0* Worst mobile app ever experienced. It does not let you log in back to your existing account and cannot even let you create new one. It’s slow and clunky. Probably server issues. But I could have tolerated that. The main issue is whenever I try to checkout and choose offers it always says amount is insufficient. I tried making orders as high as 200 aed but it still says that. Also no way to contact support. So why would you use this slow and club key app which is broken and doesn’t let you use any of the offers instead of a regular delivery app? Absolutely no reason. Not sure what happened after that they put the prices up and the food quality went so low. They depend so much on the taste of the sauces only. Example: Lamb chops comes with lots of fat, broken bones and a barely any amount of meat. But with the taste of the sauce it’s selling good.
