The program simply does not respond and you have to click on one photo several times to select it. Half the time you can’t touch anything after opening. Will have to close and relaunch so many times before you can try to connect. Save your money and go elsewhere. Works great to transfer photos. There are a few small little bugs that pop up from time to time, but they are not terrible. What is not great recently is the inability to use remote capture mode. With no updates in a year to the app, I’m not sure it will be fixed anytime soon. ### 1/5 — Unable to Connect *2025-07-07, version 2.3.15* App not working. Don’t buy. I tried the free version but never had enough tokens to view my pics. So I thought why not at least try it with the in-app purchase. Big mistake. I’ve never gotten a single pic from my GR III to show. I’ve restarted the app, the camera, and even formatted the memory card. Don't bother ### 1/5 — No longer works *2022-01-01* Stoped being able to access tokens and now it is kaput. Delete. Further feedback. It won’t connect to the add server to get an add to play to get tokens. Still kaput. And there is no “send feedback” option in settings **Developer response:** Sorry to hear that the app stopped working for you. Are you serious? *2021-06-02, version 2.2.0* I downloaded this app with the expectation that it would function better than the notoriously bad app from the company itself. I went to transfer photos today and got a message from the app saying I "don't have enough tokens to perform this operation."
