I am talking Multiple times in seconds. It Doesn’t stop. Also, the refining options are limited to material and color, not size for clothes and such. Grimfrost in general is very hit or miss. I’ve spent well over $1000 with them and am VIP, that being said, some products are abysmal, others are very nice. But the review is about the app not the store. I’ve literally had 4 notifications about my cart having items in it while typing this. ### 3/5 — Money conversion *2023-10-28, version 4.3* The only issue I’ve had is that I can’t seem to find a way to convert the products currency from USD to CAD for someone who lives in Canada. ### 3/5 — Shipping changes *2022-11-15, version 3.2* Love Grimfrost and have bought from them many times before. Problem is, they used to use DHL as their shipper, and I would get my items quickly. Grimfrost has switched to FedEx, and now I'm not receiving my orders. I have a hundred dollars worth of goods floating in limbo, because FedEx claims it's being held somewhere, will be sent out for delivery again, and is being returned to sender all simultaneously. I tried to make a FedEx account to fix the problem and they claim my address doesn't exist. I can no longer purchase anything so I guess that's a goodbye from me. ### 4/5 — Love this site. *2024-06-21, version 4.9* I love the stuff I get from this site. I wish the quality control on the jackets was better. I have purchased several of the military canvass jackets. The stitching comes apart. The app, for more than a year, has had a search problem precisely when you filter for silver jewelry. The results appeared empty. The other issue is Apple Pay; I cannot use it. You have to complete the transaction manually. I tried disconnecting the VPN, but nothing. I hope they can fix those issues on the app. ### 4/5 — The app *2022-11-13, version 3.2* The only problem is how much the app notifies you if you leave something in your cart. I know it’s a business, but my phone literally notifies every 5-10 minutes for hours after shopping or saving things for later purchases.
