After looking it up, I see there's more than a few people with this problem, but it was never actually addressed and updates for this game seem to have stopped entirely, so it now seems as if this issue will perpetuate indefinitely. The buttons straight up won’t let me add and the even though it shows that I have the materials. I’ll spend hours playing the game and get new characters only to log in the next day to find them gone. It’s very disheartening and makes finding the motivation to play more of the game hard to come by. I’d really appreciate it if the devs could fix this issue because other than that it really is a great game!
