Don’t waste your time applying for this low budget account. ### 1/5 — DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK!! *2022-12-27, version 1.0.5* I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS BANK. IF YOU EVER NEED HELP WITH SOMETHING YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO REACH THEM. MY MONEY IS TRAPPED IN MY ACCOUNT. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!! ### 1/5 — App Issues *2022-12-08, version 1.0.5* My app was just working a few days back. Now when I log in it says error and doesn’t save my new password. This is inconvenient for customers to not be able to login to their accounts ### 1/5 — Unsolicited debit card *2022-11-28, version 1.0.5* Will send debit cards to unverified accounts. I literally just downloaded and signed up for the app last night and already so many issues. Then I keep getting a message at the top of the screen that says I’m not authorized and I need to visit plaid.com or something so I did that and when I went to sign up it looked liked I had to purchase something it’s very weird app not happy and will not be recommending to anyone until it’s fixed ### 1/5 — Face ID *2022-11-12, version 1.0.5* This could easily be a 4 to 5 star app but it desperately needs Face ID it’s really hard having to type in an email and password everytime u use it and the remember me feature on iOS is useless because it doesn’t even remember your email I have to type it in every time use the and also the money transfer feature is broken and have been for months I’m not to transfer money into another account using the app **Developer response:** So sorry to hear your experience with the app. We’re always working to improve our member experience and have many awesome features and changes coming soon. The next issue is that every time I want to view my virtual card, I put in my sms code and once completed the app crashes. It has happened multiple times. This is verify frustrating for a first time user. I like to try out new apps and review them but so far this app is not up to par with my expectations. **Developer response:** Hello weinistmonster! The coolest things are that I’m able to get my paychecks sooner through work just by setting up direct deposit in the app & I’m able to earn interest on my money just sitting in my account!
