Try to use the app to order delivery and it will never go through.

I have been a reward member for years ordering on the website & the store confirms when I pick up my orders. The new app can’t find my loyalty number & when I give up to start a new account I go through all the steps & it comes back with an error message.

We can’t order the strawberry walnut wrap without cucumbers using the app. It’s not an option in the app and there’s no “comment” section either. We still have to call our order in. Other wraps work just fine to remove specific toppings - not this one though. :(

When I order the Hawaiian chicken sandwich it never has a piece of grilled pineapple on it. I love that I can have it delivered to my house but I do think your delivery fee is a little to much. Other then that it is always good .

App is user friendly to make selections from the menu. 
I did miss out on the $5 off the first ($25+) app order coupon because I assumed it would apply automatically. It doesn’t. I was able to locate the coupon for my second order and apply it. 
I have used the app twice for curbside pickups. Neither order was ready on time. I waited 15 minutes after tapping the “I’m here” button upon arrival before any acknowledgement. The first time someone came out to tell me my order would be ready soon, the second time I called inside myself only to be told it was almost ready. The app also didn’t recognize I was parked outside the restaurant. I had to confirm I was there, so location services is lagged. 
If I call in an order, it’s always ready at the specified time. When I use this app, it hasn’t been on time yet. There is a delay or break in communication that needs improvement. 
Please keep improving this app. It has good potential.

I love being able to order health, locally prepared fresh food from my favorite restaurant quickly from this app.  It's easy to use, and makes tracking rewards and my card balance a breeze.
