## What is Grindly?

Grindly turns screen time into something you earn by moving.

MOVE TO UNLOCK
Choose the apps you want to limit with Apple Screen Time. When you want more time, complete real push-ups or squats. Grindly counts your reps live with on-device pose detection, then converts them into minutes you can use on the apps you selected.

WAKE UP ACTIVE
Create mission alarms designed to get you out of bed and moving. Choose reps, a photo mission, an object hunt, shaking, maths, memory, typing or Snake. Alarm delivery uses the system capabilities available on your iPhone.

SEE REAL PROGRESS
Follow your reps, earned minutes, workouts, streaks, XP and challenge results by day, week, month and year.

CHALLENGE FRIENDS
Create a challenge, share an invite code and compare progress on a simple leaderboard. Grindly creates an anonymous guest profile for this feature; no email or password is required.

NUTRITION & HYDRATION
Estimate daily calorie and macro targets, log meals, scan supported barcodes, analyze up to five meal photos per 24 hours with the optional AI coach, and track glasses of water. Every result is editable, and nutrition values are estimates rather than medical advice.

PRIVATE BODY JOURNAL
Take optional progress photos, organize them by date and build a consistent visual record. Body-journal photos stay on your iPhone.

PARENT-GUIDED PROTECTION
Grindly includes guidance for Apple Screen Time restrictions. A parent can use an iOS Screen Time passcode to prevent changes or deletion without permission. These restrictions are configured and enforced by Apple in iOS Settings.

PRIVACY FIRST
Rep counting, alarm missions and body-journal photos stay on your device. A meal photo is transmitted securely through Supabase to OpenAI only when you request an AI meal scan, and Grindly does not retain the photo after analysis. App blocking is powered by Apple's Family Controls and Screen Time frameworks. Grindly contains no third-party advertising and does not track you across apps or websites.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Grindly Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
