I was told to wait outside despite the restaurant being empty (the restaurant is now open to the public again) and me having a new born baby. After a 20 minute wait I enquired as to why I was still waiting after seeing 3 Deliveroo drivers go in and be given orders. I was told my order would be 5 minutes more. I waited a total of 45 minutes before I went back in and requested a refund as my baby was getting cold and was now crying and due a feed. I was told I would be refunded, no apology was offered. Ridiculous and uncaring company.
