The Relationship Manager Riddhi Vaswani was the best in explaining different options, always available to answer questions and share upcoming SDIs etc. Her customer service skills gave me comfort to invest more than 1CR through grip and I am happy customer. I also like their updates in email. Payments from multiple SDIs have been pending for several months, and there has been no meaningful response from their team—just repeated emails saying they’re “working on it.” There’s absolutely no commitment or accountability when it comes to returning investors’ money.
