## What is Grit and Focus?

Most habit apps let you lie. You tap the box, the app believes you, the streak grows, and nothing changes.
Grit & Focus is built on a different idea: accountability means someone actually paying attention.
Meet Olivia. She's an AI buddy with a real personality, a real memory, and zero interest in your excuses. She notices when you keep pushing the same task to tomorrow. She remembers that you usually finish by noon, and says something when you haven't. She asks what you actually did at the gym, not just whether you went. And when you finally show up, she's the first one celebrating.

PICK YOUR PERSON
Five voices: Bestie, Coach, Big Sibling, Hype Man, Therapist Friend. Three intensities: Gentle, Serious, and Savage. Savage mode is not a gimmick. "I watched you scroll for two hours with the same thumb you're using to tell me you're tired." That's her, when you ask for it.

BUILT ON HONESTY, BOTH WAYS
Mark a task done that you didn't really do? You can tell her the truth, and she'll never punish you for it. Admitting a slip can only ever make her gentler. That's a promise built into how she works, not just something we say.

WHAT SHE DOES
• Asks real check-in questions on the tasks that matter, answer by tapping, typing, or just talking
• Remembers your patterns and brings them up at exactly the right moment
• Helps you pick the one thing each day that can't slip
• Builds full plans with you: tell her a goal, she asks the right questions, then schedules it
• Sends notifications that actually interrupt the scroll
• Grows alongside you: your buddy evolves with every day you show up, and never regresses

WHY THIS EXISTS
The founder built this because he couldn't stop saying "I'll do it tomorrow." Building it was the challenge. The app you're holding is the proof it works.
