Absolutely horrible service. My transfer for my full check hasn’t been switched over to my personal bank account. I haven’t received my card. Then when I try and use the virtual card that didn’t work at all. I have no access to my money and they’re holding my full check….just horrible. Don’t use this at all!

Terrible company . They won’t give you an advance even if you receive $1600 direct deposits. They’ll tell you to “hang around 3 months” to see if you qualify. Funny I don’t see that stated anywhere. Absolutely zero benefits of using this service. My DD wasn’t even two days early like it has been with my other bank for 3 years. Literally nothing they offer is actually true, besides the minuscule Pennie’s of cash back they give you -_-.

This app is a scam. They do not provide an advance even if you make 50k a year and fully connect your payroll provider to their service. Customer service barely responds as well. What a joke of a company

they lied and said you could advance your money earned similar to “rain” or McDonalds app. I also had a vip transfer that didn’t go through but I was charged for it

The direct deposits come two days early, I love the Pay advances … customer service is pretty efficient.. definitely wouldn’t use them as a main bank but as a second bank there pretty dope.
