## What is Grit?

GritLock locks the apps you choose until a condition clears. Workout verified, morning routine done, or time window elapsed. You decide the lock. You earn the unlock.

HOW IT WORKS
Pick your apps. Schedule a shield. When it triggers, those apps lock until the condition clears. Verify a workout through Apple Health, finish your morning window, or let the timer run out. Every shield clears at midnight, no matter what.

SHIELD TYPES
- Morning shield: locks apps at wake time and clears after a window you choose
- Workout shield: locks apps until your workout is verified
- Custom shields: lunch, evening, or any schedule you set

We've also fixed the completion rate calculation for accuracy, improved how we display your calendar week, and made the charts more consistent for daily tracking.
