## What is Grit75?

Every 75 day challenge asks you to take a progress photo. Every app stores them. Grit75 reads them.

Every 5 days your photos are compared against your own Day 1 and turned into a Transformation Score, so you can see the change before the mirror shows it. Not against a model. Not against anyone else. Against you, seventy-five days ago.

Grit75 requires a subscription. Every feature below is included in it, and it starts with a 7-day free trial.

PICK THE RULES THAT FIT YOUR LIFE
Four presets, each one true to how it is actually run:
• 75 Hard: two workouts a day, one outdoors, a gallon of water, ten pages, a strict diet, and a reset if you miss anything
• 75 Medium: the full rules with one workout and one grace miss a week
• 75 Soft: one workout, three liters, ten pages, and a missed day pauses your run instead of ending it
• Winter Arc: ninety days of training, early mornings and no aimless scrolling, built for October to January

We recommend a mode from your answers instead of dropping you in front of a list. Starting too hard is the most common way to lose week one.

BUILT FOR THE DAY YOU DON'T WANT TO
The largest exercise study ever run tested 53 different tactics on 61,293 people. The one that worked best rewarded coming back after a missed workout. So that is what we built:
• A missed day on the forgiving modes never ends your run, because one bad day should only cost a day
• Undo, so a mistap never costs you seven weeks
• Your day rolls over at 3am, not midnight, because late nights are not failures
• One reminder at the hour you are most likely to skip, not all day long

PROOF, NOT PROMISES
• Your photos are private to your account, and only ever sent out to be scored
• Progress photos are framed from the neck down, so your face stays out of them
• We never generate, retouch or invent an image of you
• Your score is a range with its confidence shown, never a certainty we cannot back
• Every photo you take stays yours to look back on, week by week

WHAT YOU GET
• Daily checklist built from your mode's real rules
• A Transformation Score every 5 days, with per-area detail
• Full photo history, grouped by attempt
• Streaks that survive a bad day when your mode says they should

Most challenge apps are a list of checkboxes and a number that only counts days. This one shows you what changed.

Start your 75 days. We'll show you it's working.
