### 5/5 — Very smart

*2023-01-05, version 1.1.6*

This app saved my life and took my breath away at the same dămn time

### 4/5 — the bot won’t let me change my name

*2022-02-06*

so when i first started i was using a different name than the one i use now. but now, no matter how hard i try, the boy continues to call me by my old name. i really like this app and its really helped me out in the past, but i would really appreciate it if someone updated this so it was easier to have the bots call you by a different name. other than that, i really do like this app and its an amazing mental health tool.

### 4/5 — This would get a 5 star, but…..

*2021-11-05*

This is a very useful app for self care and mental health. It’s been such a huge for me during my crappy days when I need to center on something. However my only complaint is that entries in journals don’t autosave, and when I get a phone call or go on another app for a few seconds the whole entry will be erased. That can be bothersome especially if you’ve spilled your heart out in an entry and wanted to continue. Other than that this app is brilliant.

### 5/5 — Great!!

*2021-07-28*

This app feels really homey and safe to me, and you definitely need to be patient with the bot, but it pays off. The bot comes off as caring and compassionate, sometimes I forgot I was talking to a bot! It encourages deeper thinking by asking important questions, but also it lets you take your time in areas to calm down. There were a lot of resources to choose from for dealing with so many problems that don’t have concrete answers, which I found valuable and I think is worth having for everyone.

### 5/5 — can’t believe this is free!!

*2021-07-28*

I’m a psych student and (hopefully) future therapist, and have been amazed that all the skills and resources they have are all backed by research and are all tools you’d receive from your therapist! definitely useful for anytime you need a quick way to deal with what you’re currently dealing with. the emotionally
intelligent bot helps if you’re unsure what you exactly want! there are so many different things from journals, skills, and self care tips and they’re all free!!! i cannot rave about this app enough! there is so much content and still a lot coming in the future. would highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Charming and Calming App

*2021-07-26*

I use this app when my mama mind is scrambled and I need to organize and calm my thoughts. The bot is helpful for all of my moods and the options for different mental health help are varied.

### 5/5 — Helpful and fun

*2021-07-11*

My daughter was using this app so I wanted to try it out. There’s a ton of high quality material focused on common issues we all face. It’s also fun to chat with a bot - it has a little attitude haha. Useful for both kids and adults.

### 5/5 — great mental health tool

*2021-07-11*

I had a lot of success with this app! I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who is needing someone to talk to - or really anyone in general to check in with themselves and how they’re doing

### 5/5 — pretty cool

*2021-07-11*

cool setup and graphics, and the tools are really helpful. you do have the be patient with the bot, it may take a second try for it to understand what you are trying to say but eventually it suggests some great resources. it’s also just a convenient and easy way for me self reflect on how i feel. 👍

### 5/5 — i love it!!!!!!

*2021-07-08*

this app is so good there is sooooo much good mental health info in it and it’s just overall super warm and helpful. I go to therapy and this kinda keeps me going in between sessions 💖
