Completely inedible. When I contacted customer support, they had the nerve to tell me to “please use it” and refused a refund. This is unacceptable and feels like a total scam. Doing grocery shopping specially fruits and vegetables has been a headache as the prices where I live are v high and fruits and vegetables’ quality isn’t that good. By the time, you bring produce home, mint, cilantro and other produce usually turns brown or wilted. Thanks to Grocer App, they have always delivered fresh produce at reasonable prices, some produce prices are high on app and I hope the company would work on it.
