But they are pathetic service once your excitement subside. They NEVER issue paid receipt to rider even if your pay it via online and the customer support lies on your face saying” do not worry we have added sir”. Then In morning, rider will come 1.5-2 hours late and will ask you to pay in cash on spot as support staff was lying. So be ready to grab your keys and go to ATM and then com back to give the cash... Now for the online transfer that you did a night before, forget it as it will take 3 days for it to be added to your wallet, means not refund in your bank etc...the Trap policy...I have done 6 of my deliveries in Defence Lahore area and literally EVERY ORDER was Late and Had payment unresolved issues from their side which they WILL NEVER agree. I was even charged for Burger patties that was delivered to any other customer. Right now, I am trying so retrieve back my money from them and its a Mental torcher for past 3 days. DO NOT FALL TO THEIR Prey. Try it once, you'll know exactly what I am talking about. Completely inedible. When I contacted customer support, they had the nerve to tell me to “please use it” and refused a refund. This is unacceptable and feels like a total scam. Don’t waste your hard-earned money — stay far away from this business. ### 1/5 — Delayed Deliveries! *2021-12-06* This is the third time where i faced the same issue as order is not delivered on time and inapp order status shows that order is delivered on time. Then i receive carrier call that they are coming in 30 min but came after 4 hours. Poor delivery service! Missing items in every order. In my recent experience the delivery guy marked the order as delivered but I haven't received it. The customer service is not very helpful upon asking for refund they replied the order is delivered and is not refundable i have to wait for 24 hours for the matter to be investigated, imagine they promised to deliver the stuff at 11 am and I have to wait for 24 hours. **Developer response:** Hello, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. However my last order was of Chicken Mince. The product was meant for the stray cats i feed. When i defrosted the chicken, it had a very foul smell. Some cats ate a little, others didn’t even touch it. I was worried i might have fed them rotten meat. I contact the grocerapp through their live chat. Not only was the response time was several hours, i was asked if i had consumed the chicken or not. First of all, had i not used it, I wouldn’t have known so i do not understand the point of that inquiry. Anyway, i was told after several hours that my complaint has been forwarded to the relevant people. In nutshell, I don’t think i can trust this app for any future. I understand mistakes happen but if they want customer retention, they need to work on their customer services. Highly disappointed by the flat response. And I’m not looking for replacement or refund, had i wanted that i would have left a bad rating without talking to them first. ### 1/5 — Poor service *2021-05-21* Very poor service. Doing grocery shopping specially fruits and vegetables has been a headache as the prices where I live are v high and fruits and vegetables’ quality isn’t that good. By the time, you bring produce home, mint, cilantro and other produce usually turns brown or wilted. Thanks to Grocer App, they have always delivered fresh produce at reasonable prices, some produce prices are high on app and I hope the company would work on it. I am not happy with the freshness of the fruits and vegetables. I ordered mangoes and out of 11 mangoes 4 were soiled and not eatable and others were old looking. I also ordered mint and it was not fresh half of the leaves were black.
