Ich würde das Gerät nicht noch einmal kaufen und bin nicht sonderlich zufrieden. Mittelmäßige App ist nicht alles. Es muss endlich eine Schnittstelle für den Datenexport geschaffen werden! Bitte endlich mal was machen, dass die Daten in Home Assistant automatisch übertragen werden können. Danke!

Lief jetzt eine ganze Zeit ohne Fehler , seit ca. 3 Wochen sporadisch keine Geräte mehr in der Übersicht . Wenn man oben rechts auf Home wechseln geht, sind die Geräte noch in der Liste und liefern auch Daten …. Wenn man Glück hat, ist die Übersicht nach 2 Tagen wieder da … Support konnte nicht wirklich helfen , muss da noch einmal ein Ticket auf machen , sonst muss ich zum anderen Hersteller wechseln. Bei dem Preis nicht akzeptabel

Die Geräte sind zwar alle im WLAN angebunden, aber nicht lokal zb über ein Webinterface steuerbar. Das macht das in Verbindung mit HomeAssistant sehr träge und auch die Gefahr, falls Internet ausfällt oder die Grohe Cloud, dass die Funktion nicht gegeben ist. Schön wär auch eine interne Steuerungsmöglichkeit lokal im LAN, auch wegen der Sicherheit.

I had to install a Sense Guard after a water leak on the insistence of our insurers. The issue is that it constantly drops its WiFi connection & there's no pattern to it. I've not had a month when the connection has remained stable, & so far it's dropped twice this month. 

Resetting the connection is also a hit & miss affair - sometimes it works 1st go, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 attempts to succeed. 

Sometimes the app says it's been reconnected, but the yellow LED is flashing on the Guard. And sometimes the LED is blue but the app says the connection has been lost! 

And note this Sense Guard is less than 2 metres from a hardwired access point which is connected directly to our router by Ethernet cable. 

And I've also thrown out 4 water Sense units - useless as their AAA batteries lasted less than 2 weeks. To me this has all the hallmarks of a yet another hardware company failing to understand software!
