## What is GROHE Watersystems?

Control your GROHE Blue Chilled and Sparkling 2.0 faucet via your smartphone. The GROHE Watersystems App will not only help you during the configuration of your watersystem appliance, but will let you know when the filter or CO2 bottle will need replacing. 

Within this app, you can also set up favourites for pouring water in a predefined amount and sparkling grade, and you can monitor your water consumption.

Note: This App replaces the GROHE Ondus App. If you have used the GROHE Ondus App before, then your connected GROHE Blue watersystem will be transferred into this new Watersystems App automatically.

### 1/5 — Schlechteste App die ich kenne

Seit knapp 4 Jahren haben wir den Grohe Blue. Es gibt sehr viele negative Punkte. Wo soll man da anfangen? Zum Beispiel , dass man sich nach jeder kurzen Inaktivität neu einloggen muss. Oder das man im 2 Wochen-Takt das Gerät aus der Geräteliste löschen und zurücksetzen muss. Jedesmal wieder ins WLAN bringen und Daten eingeben, weil die einfach nicht gespeichert werden. 
Das Zurücksetzen des CO2 Wertes funktioniert auch nur, wenn das Gerät komplett neu eingelernt wurde. ABER ohne das zurücksetzen, weiß das Gerät auch nichts von einer neuen Flasche und produziert kein Sprudel mehr. 
Ich habe mir schon eine Smarte Steckdose dahinter gehängt, weil das „vom Strom nehmen“ zur Routine wurde. 
Mittlerweile ist es auch schon das zweite Gerät was wir haben. Aber auch da nur Probleme. 
Wenn ihr die Wahl habt, sucht euch ein anderes Gerät.

App lenta e poco funzionale. Molto spesso si disconnette e permette di impostare pochissimi parametri dall’app. Nonostante tutte le problematiche l’ultimo aggiornamento risale a mesi fa! Deludente

Entgegen der bisherigen Rezessionen, funktioniert die App und die Steuerung meiner Blue Home einwandfrei. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Installation war sehr zäh, Kundendienst konnte dann aber das Problem lösen. Wichtig: Filter- und Co2-Stand werden nur mithilfe einer Furchflussrate berechnet. Eine genaue Bestimmung durch das Gerät selbst erfolgt nicht. Die CO2-Flasche ist zB 2,3 Tage länger gut nutzbar, obwohl die App schon 0% anzeigt.

Il titolo già dice tutto, un sistema che costa il doppio di un addolcitore di una marca nota e famosa e ha un app che non funziona su nessuna impostazione da anni (tranne lo store, quello funziona). Sembra che alla grohe non gli interessi proprio far funzionare l app. Pessimo, veramente pessimo. Zero stelle! Ps a distanza di anni continua a presentare i soliti problemi!

It requires that you set up a “Home” profile but doesn’t accept the information.  You can’t get past that to set up a device because the appliance must be attached to a home.

Un'app praticamente inutile! Il Grohe blue home non si collega mai e ripeto MAI al WIFI di casa! Provato anche con altre reti WiFi, ma non ne vuole proprio sapere di connettersi alla rete! Che dire, statene alla larga e non acquistate il prodotto.

Non si connette, non si resetta, non si aggiorna. Non riesco a comunicare con la macchina, quindi anche se cambio bombola gas e filtro, rimane l’errore.
Mi chiedo con tutto quello che costa l’apparecchio (e tutte le recensioni negative che ho già letto) come sia possibile non assumere qualcuno in Grohe per sistemare questi problemi “banali”

Wie kann man als Grohe eine App herausgeben deren Einrichtung genauso miserabel funktioniert wie die Bedienung. Das ist peinlich. Wifi scheint nur eine Alibi-Funtion zu sein um dem Kunden zu sugerieren dass für ihn damit irgendwas einfacher wird. Wird es nicht! PS.: ich kann Server und Domänen konfigurieren aber leider nicht die Wifi Funktionalität dieses „Wasserhahns“ dauerhaft einrichten. Anregung für Grohe: Vielleicht nicht „gezielt und individuell“ nach Lösungen suchen sondern eine Funktionsfähige App für breite Masse programmieren lassen die der Kunde tatsächlich bedienen kann - und das am besten von jemandem der es hauptberuflich macht, und auch kann.
