I started by opening their web view, where I was prompted to create an account. I chose to sign up with my Google account. After signing up, I was asked to enter my full name and username. I filled in both details, but the username required using letters, numbers, and underscores. I entered a username following these rules, but I kept getting the error message, “Please enter a valid username.” I tried for over three hours with no luck. Frustrated, I decided to download the app and log in with the same account I created on the web. However, once I logged in on my phone, it said the user details were not found, and I couldn’t log in at all.
