I can set up my account on a tablet plunder different Apple ID. But is not working with my id on my iPhone. Great app on Mac. I use Claude code, Codex daily, and I’ve tested OpenClaw, Hermes agent and the other AI agent tools and nothing has impressed me more than how simple and easy to use Grok Bot is. The agents coordinate and work together so well and are able to accomplish so much very quickly. ### 4/5 — Not loading on iOS devices *2026-08-19* I’m using GB on Mac and PC desktops with no issue. On my iOS devices, iPad and iPhone, after trying to login I get a spinning loader page that never progresses. Only way to stop the spinner is to delete and reinstall, but the problem repeats when logging in. I also do not have “Block Al cookies”turned on in my safari settings. Liking the tool but needing a fix for the login on iOS devices. Update: thanks for the reply back. Turning off “Show Borders” let me in. Thanks. **Developer response:** Sorry for the bug. The iOS app is rubbish . After you get past authentication which takes a few attempts , you get a blank screen with a black robot head . I’m a business owner and would use it as such. There’s a lot of things that need to be fixed before it’s worth the $60 or $200. 1). It’s not even clear what the usage is and how it’s calculated. Your bots doing their job obviously takes up the usage but so does them just talking. When they are in a group take you will have them saying the most useless things which all takes up usage and costs you money. Things like “I have nothing to add” or “I’ll keep quiet” or “the other bot can handle that. It’s not my job”. Like why is any of that needed. It’s almost like X programmed the bots to talk more just to cost the customer more money. 2). There’s no human customer support like at all. It’s impossible to get humans to help you with anything. They have a AI bot customer support that emails you. And no matter what you do the AI bot will not connect you to humans or tell you how to connect to human customer support. If I’m paying $200 I better get some top notch customer support. 3). The bots workflow is so unoptimized and buggy. When you give them a task they will perform it in their “computer” which works but it takes them multiple tries. IE they will send a email either an attachment. Attachment is broken. So they resend it too more times. All while my customer is getting spammed and the bot and costing me more on my usage. The pages on their computer are constantly breaking and timing out. Causing the bot to need to refresh. Again each tome it happens it’s costing you more money literally. These bots are not good quality and way to unoptimized to be considered anything other then alpha stage. Which wouldn’t be bad if you weren’t being charged an arm and a leg to use them as if they are some top quality AI that has been ironed out. I want to like this. And I would be lying if I said the bots havnt been useful. But I can’t use an app that costs so much. Only to have the bots waste usage so I have to pay even more to top up and continue their work. They are literally hemorrhaging me money at this point. I paid $60. And burned through that usage in less then 3 hours. Most of it on tasks that had to repeated numerous times just to be completed. Do better. And until the. Stop charging like your bots are state of the art. ### 2/5 — Cool concept or but does not work *2026-08-19* It’s a really cool idea to have agents work like this but it seems that after my first few days of using it, grok bot now can’t seem to function. Whatever request I have, it replies as if it will start working on it, but then immediately stop and never send another message, not getting anything done. Even asking again, it acknowledges its mistake that it got stuck, and says it is trying again, but ends up stopping there and getting nothing done immediately. This happens across all chats, old and new. I do hope this will be fixed because this is otherwise a really cool concept. ### 2/5 — mixed install experience *2026-08-19* The app actually installed and ran on my ipad, but on my iphone it just got frozen after the login process. I hoped a new release would fix it... but O downloaded 1.2 and it still hangs after loading .. on v1.1 i got an animation of something processing.. but now i get a blank screen with just a grok bot logo in the middle... :-(... Update.. I saw the developer response, re: turn off show borders in Accessibility... that worked for now ... ### 2/5 — Broken *2026-08-15* App is currently broken, tried installing and reinstalling but still nothing. Just a black screen with the loading sign. This was after the app did open up and get me logged in any everything. Don’t know what broke. Tried on WiFi, off, behind vpn, not behind it. No luck.
