The app is a little glitchy at first but once you set it up it works. I do not like that I still have to login through the web browser to make a payment but maybe that will change in the future. It asks for a picture when you’re sending them a message and a couple times when I went to up load the picture the app crashed. Our regular office hours are – 8:00 pm ET (6:30 am – 5:00 pm PT) and we’re closed on Canadian and US public holidays” But there has been no response for over a month, and the email has no phone number or office address. What good are office hours if you can access them? I don’t think they actually have a customer service department. Update - there has been no response for over a year. My address and town still have not been added to the app. **Developer response:** Hello! Can you please send your full address, including house number, street name, and the name of the city in which you live to support@routeware.com and include the name of the app that you are using in the email? Funny how every other app in the world can find it and this one can’t. I look up something I want to dispose of like furniture and it just shows me a picture that does nothing. Clicking on it does nothing, no text. Would be nice to manage you account, payments etc. ### 1/5 — Holiday Pickup Date Wrong *2021-07-10, version 2021.5.30* The holiday pickup date listed in the app for the week of July 4th was incorrect - it did not show the 1 day delay. The app did display a message that Groot was experiencing a high call volume due to the holiday. If their app had displayed the correct pickup date in my opinion Groot might have averted that spike. ### 1/5 — Don’t use this service!!! *2021-02-11, version 2020.12.7* They don’t pick up your garbage and after you call to them they say “if you want driver back you have to pay $30 “ BE AWARE SCAMERS!!!!! ### 1/5 — One star for (see below) *2020-08-24* The app should allow for us to log into our account within the app itself, rather than being kicked to a browser. However, the most egregious sin (and the reason for one star) is that the app forces you use Chrome, rather than the system browser (at the least, you should get to choose). Frankly, I am amazed that you are allowed to publish an app that does this. ### 2/5 — Wrong Day *2021-12-30, version 2021.12.15* The app is a day off on the pickup notification.
