I created a pair of orthotics, but the app did not save the order in my history. This would mean starting over if I chose to order a second set.
Other than that the only challenge was figuring out the distance to hold my foot from the phone; but the app does a pretty good job guiding you.

Really great app! The app does a good job walking you through the scanning process and it only took 5 min. I’ve struggled with over pronation in my feet for years but never had the time or $$ for expensive custom insoles. The ability to scan my existing shoe insole is also a game changer. I’m so glad this app exists, they made it so easy to get custom insoles and they fit like a dream. I’m definitely going to buy more so I can have Groovs in all my shoes.
