The pair I received was way too small for my feet and did not work. I contacted Groov customer support for assistance and I cannot get ahold of anyone to help me. They state online that “At Groov, we believe customer satisfaction is our reason for existing,” but it is a LIE! I feel like I was scammed! ### 1/5 — Not actually custom. Not any good. *2025-07-16* Can’t leave a review on the site. I wonder why… these are high priced and pretty much the same experience as dr scholls “custom”. At ten times the price. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-03-09* Tried to use Apple ID or google id, it doesn’t send verification code and after that, nothing happens, doesn’t log you in.. need better QA before publishing **Developer response:** Our apologies. It seems that our system for sending verification codes was not working properly on the day you tried to access the app. It should be working smoothly now though. We’ve just launched an awesome product and clearly still need to work out some kinks to ensure the in-app experience matches that. We’re not sure why the scanner didn’t work on your device but are looking into it immediately and will resolve the issue as soon as possible. The app does a good job walking you through the scanning process and it only took 5 min. I’ve struggled with over pronation in my feet for years but never had the time or $$ for expensive custom insoles. The ability to scan my existing shoe insole is also a game changer. I’m so glad this app exists, they made it so easy to get custom insoles and they fit like a dream. I’m definitely going to buy more so I can have Groovs in all my shoes. ### 5/5 — Amazing! *2025-09-17* I have multiple pairs of groovs as I prefer to keep them in each pair of my shoes. I don’t officially have foot pain or issues but Groovs are great for everyone. Not only are my feet more comfortable but I also feel much less fatigue. I used my phone to take a 3D scan of my feet, and just a few weeks later, I received custom insoles that genuinely relieve my foot pain.
