Customer service has gotten horrible. Please fix these issues!!!! ### 1/5 — Ringer size option pointless *2026-03-18, version 8.6.0* To size an existing ring they give you two options : print off a sheet of paper and size your existing one that is not a groove life ring…..great option….if you have a printer. Option two; use the app. Go to the app….must have a printer. In their videos they show a quick slide available to place the ring on the screen. I open the app go to sizing and it says use the app and takes me back to the App Store. When you finally find it on the app, there’s a button to “Use App” which brings you to the App Store with a button to open the app. That takes you back to the Use App button in the App for another trip to the App Store. I had it open one time and when I logged into it I sat for 10 minutes with a loading screen, closed it to restart and now it won’t even load up. It is stuck saying “Groove Life” and that’s as far as it’ll go even if I let it sit for 30 minutes.
