- Groove On-Demand is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the Groove On-Demand app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a short walk of your chosen destination. Now for the clever bit; our algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel, making public transportation easier than ever before!

Drivers have a tendency to not show up and the wait times are usually incorrect. If it says 30 minutes, be prepared to wait 90. Customer service is nonexistent as well.

I moved down town 2 years ago not many places to shop & the buses has cut down I feel groove should take pll where they need to go rather that’s grocery shopping or going to restaurants it only goes to certain spots I feel it should take you where you want to go in the home downtown area I hope they make it like this soon and some the drivers nice & some so rude & mean they drop you off a block away don’t go inside the apartment when they see you have groceries I feel the service need alot improving & train some of the drivers or hire better drivers with great attitude

The pros are it’s affordable and some of the drivers are nice. The cons: sometimes it gives the rider a different pickup location than what it gives the driver. Also not sure if it’s the app or the drivers, but sometimes my ride doesn’t end after I get dropped off. Then I can’t request another ride when I need to, bc according to the app, I’m still in a ride.

the girl driver with dreads take too long and also is disrespectful. she has sat in the same spot and now i’m late for school

Groove is hit or miss: sometimes it works beautifully and other times it has you waiting outside in the blazing heat for 45 minutes waiting for a ride that never shows up. That said, the $1.25/ride fee is hard to beat. It’s fair for the price.
