## What is Grotally?

Your groceries went up. Now you know how much.

Snap a photo of your grocery receipt. AI extracts every product and price,
and shows you what's rising, where it's cheaper, and how your budget is
doing. No typing — just control over your groceries.

WHAT'S RISING IN YOUR BASKET
CPI tracks the national average. Grotally computes the real increase of
YOUR basket from your own receipts: which products got pricier, by how
much, and since when. It even catches shrinkflation.

EVERYTHING FROM A SINGLE PHOTO
• Every item with price, quantity, discount and category
• The same product compared across stores
• A shopping list that checks itself off when you scan
• Ask your receipts: "how much have I spent on coffee this year?"
• Monthly budget with alerts at 80% and 100%
• A widget with this month's spending

ANY GROCERY STORE, ANYWHERE
Receipts in 8 languages and any currency. What you buy while traveling is
converted to yours automatically.

YOUR HISTORY STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE
No accounts, no profiles: receipts are stored on your device. The photo is
analyzed with AI on our server and logs are deleted after 30 days. No ad
tracking.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.6 — 2026-10-15

• On iPad and iPhone Duo in landscape, Receipts now has two columns: the list on the left and the receipt you pick on the right.
• In landscape, the receipt header puts the store and the total on one line so you get to the items sooner, and product pages no longer repeat the name.
• In Explore, the "Quick summary" cards are now all the same height.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-10-12

• Ask your receipts gets straight to the point: totals no longer come with caveats or generic advice; the caveat stays only on comparisons that need it.
• When you look at a past month on Summary, the chart and categories show the month's name instead of "this month."
• Emails to support now include your user ID, country, language and app version, so we can help you faster.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-10-11

• Ready for iPhone Duo: Grotally fills the whole screen, closed or open.
• With iPhone Duo open or iPad in landscape, Summary, Receipts, List, Explore, Your prices and each product page are laid out in two columns.
• Ask your receipts no longer mixes up months: when you ask about "this month" or "last month," the figures are always from that month.
• In Settings you can now redeem offer codes and copy your User ID, so support can find your subscription.
• The month picker on Summary now has the iOS glass look.
• Streak celebrations no longer look cramped on smaller screens.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-10-06

The confirmation to delete a receipt now appears in the center of the screen.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-10-05

• After a scan, the receipt now fills the whole screen, without the black bars at the top and bottom.
• The button to finish scanning responds better, even offline, and now uses Grotally's color.
