Can’t create new account. Pretty much useless. Says something about password reset disabled for this program. Way too many questions regardless to even sign up if it did work. ### 1/5 — Delicious Pizza, horrible app *2024-07-23* Food is really tasty but this all is just plain horrible. That’s not a navigation menu, it’s an ad! Found the actual order button? Sorry, it’s going to open the website - where you’re inexplicably logged out. Want to play along and log into the website inside the app? Nope: can’t actually click anything. Want to give a rating? Well, you’re in luck! The frowny face is labeled “Horror” - perfect! BUT, want to give specific feedback? That button opens an email without a TO address! (No wonder they don’t know the horror they put us through.) Ultimately decide to call in your order? The automated system urges you to use the app - haha. Want to get credit for all your effort? The cashiers can’t look up your swirl card number. But you can use the app to scan the QR code on your receipt! Looking for the QR code on your receipt? There. Isn't. One. >chef kiss< ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-05-07* Website doesn’t work as it’s supposed to, couldn’t even get to the ordering menu. It gets held up at location selection. As for the app, it took me about ten minutes to register/ sign up just to realize that I didn’t give me an option add mayo to the cheese steak. They want an awful lot of information from you in the app sign up as well. Also the fact they want you to place delivery orders through DoorDash is mind blowing. Most people down want to pay a 3 dollar fee just to get delivery, that’s not counting the tip. When I called to place the order, the person taking my order was not thrilled to say the least. Makes it a lot easier to just get Domino’s or Papa John’s instead ### 1/5 — Not working properly *2020-05-15* The app allows you to order your pizza but it’s not adding any points to my total. I’ve spent over 300 bucks in the last 2 months and the app isn’t showing up my swirl points. I’ve been stuck at 90 points for months. Also can’t access the points I have to use them. App is totally useless to it just wants to track your location! Quite honestly I’d give the app ZERO stars if I could. ### 1/5 — Maddeningly Frustrating *2018-03-05* Ordering delivery on this app is more painful than shaving with a cheese grater. ### 1/5 — The worst food ordering app ever *2017-08-25* Basically this app is unusable. Recently tried to order a pizza, here are several problems I encountered while trying to use the app. 1. Input order info and my delivery info, then app crashed. Had to re enter everything. 2. Doesn't save address info so you have to input manually every time. 3. Entered order and wanted to view menu for additional items. My original order info was deleted. 4. Randomly froze during order input. Was so frustrated I finally called store and placed order directly. This app is a waste of space on my phone. I expect better from a good company like Grottos. Come on guys, hire some college students and they'll have it fixed up in no time. Your current app is an embarrassment. If you don't fix it, then remove it from the App Store because it makes you look bad. ### 5/5 — Helpful *2026-03-20* I had an issue with logging on and the password reset wasn’t working.
