• Each session says its state in plain words: working, waiting on you, or idle — with how long it's been that way.
• "Waiting on you" now appears only when a session has said something you haven't opened yet, and reading it on one device clears it on the others.
• Background work (builds, watchers) is visible: see what's running, open any job to watch its live output, and spot one that has stalled with no output.
• Read aloud keeps playing when you leave the app or lock the screen, with lock screen controls and skip back / forward.
• Attach from your phone's files, your Mac's files, or the camera.
• Faster session list, and a pile of layout fixes on iPhone.
