## What is Ground Delivery?

Ground is the driver app of the Ground delivery operations platform, built for one-person courier businesses and dispatch teams alike.

• Build today's route in one tap from every open shipment, in road-optimised order.
• Structured vehicle loading: tick each package as it enters the van and see what is still at the warehouse.
• Waze / Google Maps navigation, one-tap calling and WhatsApp to the recipient.
• Full entry details: floor, apartment, entrance, gate code and recipient notes.
• Proof of delivery with on-screen signature, photo, door drop and cash-on-delivery collection.
• Field updates (contacted, no answer, rescheduled) with audience control.
• Live ETAs from your position and late-risk alerts.
• Works offline: deliveries and updates are stored on the device and synced automatically.
• Daily summary: deliveries, failures and cash collected by payment method.

Background location is collected while the driver is signed in for a shift, to compute ETAs and share progress with dispatch; signing out stops it.
