The only things I’d like to see would be route preview mode. where it doesn’t start your on the job time and just lets you try different priority zoning. Im salaried delivery so it didn’t really matter how much time but the less the better. Maybe in the route preview mode it would give and estimate for time. Including delivery time (one minute-5minutes) which takes in account amount of packages, size (cause a metal filing cabinet who’s box is taller than you definitely isn’t the quickest thing to move) All im all im very satisfied. The only annoyance would be other drivers changing the plotting of stops. I had to add in the notes (ignore distance check to keep plotting) cause the long drive ways tend to have the entrance be at the nearest road. Meaning a mile long drive ways tend to is on a completely different road but since the house is close to this road it thinks the drive way is too. That or add a plot option for drive way, and house . That way when I set the zoning and it makes the best order for stops it doesn’t slow us down when we have to actually find the entrance to the place. ### 2/5 — Package route *2026-01-22, version 26.01.0* I like some of the features yal offer but since yal bought out package route I’m having to transition over, yal need to take some advice from their app. Their map and green dots is far superior. The whole app was so much more driver friendly. The dark mode was actually dark/black ground cloud version is like a blueish color ### 3/5 — FedEx delivery driver *2025-10-06, version 25.09.0* Why I deleted this app every time I finished my route or go home!.. because your manager or the owner of this app will track you where you are!.. one time I went on vacation and my manager said hey!?? Are you in California?? And I said how to you know and he said we can track you with that ground cloud app. Since then I just I always remind myself to delete this app after get off work ### 1/5 — Hate. IT *2025-10-03, version 25.09.0* Where the develop players are that created this app clearly do not deliver packages for a living. I can say that. One of the glitches apps I have ever had to use. I don’t care how many times you update iOS or the app uninstall reinstall there’s always something stupid that it does.. this current version likes to just clear out all your plots so you have to close and reopen 30,000 times a day. ### 4/5 — Update *2025-09-25, version 25.09.0* Finally a much needed update. It constantly gives incorrect directions and often takes me to the wrong side of the street. For example, if the house is actually on the left, it will tell me it’s on the right — and vice versa. It’s frustrating and causes delays, especially when accuracy is critical for deliveries. This app seriously needs improvement in address accuracy and route guidance. ### 4/5 — Pretty good app. But needs a little work. *2025-06-12* I like using the app but I could use some tweaking with the addresses. I wish instead of sharing the pin location with whatever navigation you use, it would share the address instead. The pin points aren’t always accurate so it would be helpful to share the address instead. Would be faster if it was that way plus we can adjust the pin correctly. I’ve also encountered an issue with the house numbers on the app. When you zoom in to adjust the pins, the house numbers are sometimes incorrect. Like it’ll show that one house is 1235 whatever st instead of the actual address which could be 1234 whatever st. It is a good app but could def be a little better. ### 3/5 — Navigating and overall thoughts. Could be great. *2025-05-24* The feature is request the most, upon years of experience using competing apps, is addresses. When you navigate, with whatever app you use, it should use the address, not “unknown pin”. I feel like it’s just using coordinates. At least provide the option to toggle coordinates or address. Then this would be the end all be all best app, all bases covered. Also the notifications can be a bit much. I’ve had this app for 2 days and I’ve had over 40 notifications, none of which apply to me or are useful. Just a thought. ### 2/5 — So glitchy!! *2025-04-08, version 25.01.0* I use it bc my contractor pays for it. ### 1/5 — Almost great *2024-12-26, version 24.11.0* I love the ability to move plot dots especially when they misplot. Unfortunately they get moved back or someone else is moving them to unhelpful locations after I’ve fixed them to help myself rendering the feature a defeating function rather than helpful. I wish they’d create each user a profile memory of where they want their plots instead of shared where they can be moved to unhelpful locations and fought over. ### 4/5 — Very good product *2024-12-23* My only issue and from what my drivers say they agree with me. Everytime GroundCloud updates the routes on the desktop site it sends a notification that new stops are available to every driver and they have to dismiss the notification. This happens every 10-15 minutes. It’s highly annoying. Is there anyway to stop that?! ### 2/5 — Manifest *2024-12-18, version 24.11.0* Throughout the day it is constantly displaying new stops being added and having to dismiss it. At least 30 or more times a day for no reason. Very distracting! ### 3/5 — Updates *2024-12-17, version 24.11.0* Could you please remove this new stops update box that pops up every 3 minutes. It’s annoying. I’ve been using GroundCloud for 3 years now. It causes more distraction as I’m driving, because I have to remove the pop up box just to see my stops! ### 1/5 — Find Another Company *2024-12-16, version 24.11.0* Used to be the best P&D logistical company out there until they were bought out. Now they are atrocious, service and support is horrible and they couldn’t care less about the customers. ### 2/5 — Incorrect address locations *2024-12-11, version 24.11.0* Lots of non existent roadways in rural areas. It will show a left turn and road on the screen but you’re looking at a path that never existed or have been closed off by locals. The incorrect addresses are an issue as well. ### 1/5 — Love the app…. Buuuut *2024-12-02, version 24.11.0* The last few updates has made it unbearable to work with. Constant pop ups about “new stops” when truth be told there is no new stops. Please fix this. Sometimes the buttons on the screen don’t work. Today the app wouldn’t show the edit “stop” button, also no maps button, so if you’re on a route you’re not familiar with, you’ll have to type it into your GPS app every time. I feel bad that my contractor actually has to pay for this. One more thing, if you have to pick something up that’s not in your manifest, I will show up 5-30 minutes later, then when you try to close the stop because you already picked up while at that stop, it tells you that your out of range. Quit telling me new pick ups have been added to my manifest. I know they were, I am the one who picked them up. Edit: why do I keep getting notifications for time windows closing when I have already completed my checklist and clocked out? And I hate the “new pickup added to manifest” when I’ve already picked up and am now 20 stops away. ### 1/5 — Bring back package route *2026-02-17, version 26.02.0* This application user interface is not user friendly, there’s too many menus and sub menus going on. Package route was far superior. Manager app is useless just a list of routes, can’t actually manage anything. Can’t assign two+ drivers to a route to rescue other drivers that break down. The creators have obviously never been on the road delivering before to understand the situations that arise otr ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-02-17, version 26.02.0* It’s always a company with more money and investors trying to push something that is not better in anyway , everyone clearly knows package route was superior down to everything , the map being the most important. Also how does this app have SO MANY addresses incorrect and wrong? All the other mapping apps I’ve used didn’t have a single problem finding the addresses until I came to ground cloud and all of a sudden im having to fix every other address location. Unbelievable ### 1/5 — Most Recent Update Horrid *2026-01-09, version 25.11.3* I have been a FedEx driver for 5+ years using this app, on one of the most recent updates they must have added AI into the route organization, I used to be able to set up each individual stop in the order I wanted to do it, and now no matter how many times I try to adjust the route the way I want to run it, it lets AI “optimize” my route. There’s an optimize button, even though i NEVER press it, still decides to do whatever it wants. Would highly recommend to any company considering using this app to stay away. Stupid. ### 1/5 — FedEx Ground Driver *2025-12-19, version 25.11.3* It’s putting stops out of order completely at random lately. Even after I take my time in the morning diligently putting the stops in delivery order, Groundcloud later decides, “nah let’s screw up your route by taking certain stops and putting them completely at random” I’m not sure which update caused this but it needs to stop. We’re in the middle of the busiest holiday delivery season I’ve seen in 8 years and now isn’t the time for this nonsense. ### 1/5 — Recent Update Nov. 2025 *2025-11-23, version 25.11.1* They took away the Start Work button when you open the app so now I can’t check anything unless I do a pre-trip inspection. I’m in a different truck on a different route everyday so I can’t check anything until I’m already at the terminal. At least give us the option to close the pop up so I can check my schedule on a day off. I much rather have the Start Work button back so that I don’t have to go to Timecard, it’s less time spent navigating the app ### 1/5 — Newest update no longer tracks logged work/driving hours. *2025-11-17, version 25.11.0* It’s showing I have 0 work hours and 0 drive hours logged for the week. It’s been saying this ever since the new update dropped. ### 1/5 — Worst fedex app *2025-10-28, version 25.10.1* This is the worste app I’ve ever used. Package route is way better and is much more simple. There’s no way to to multiple stops for one location. Cuts you driver train down to just a few days. ### 5/5 — Update: stop search *2022-12-04* As a FedEx delivery driver I think there should be update that allows the driver to be able to search up a stop address in a search bar and be able to create a new stop on that exact house or business, building etc. , you can hold a location and add a stop but searching on google or safari maps to see where a address is and then physically looking for that place on Groundcloud is a lot of extra work and time wasting and when u you hold down a location to create a stop sometimes it doesn’t even have the dot on that address and the dot will be a mile away to the same house number but on a different street, a update like this would help a whole lot ### 5/5 — Best app for drivers *2022-06-21* If you don’t already know, this app allows you to do anything the scanner does and more 1000xs. If you have new houses coming up in your area. You can update the location of the house on the map and it’ll always plot where you put it. Making it easier for the driver that needs to know where that house is the next time. Not to mention, it’ll tell you the SID ID of where it is in your truck. And countless other much needed help. I wouldn’t use any other app. Built in safety training. It’s ease to use. It’s the best! ### 5/5 — Time saver! *2022-05-19* This app is amazing!!! I was a FedEx Ground driver before GroundCloud. I remember how long it took to line up the routes on a paper manifest and to try and remember where all the hard county addresses were. With ground cloud I can save addresses, leave helpful notes to other drivers and cut back on training time! This app is a delivery driver’s best friend! Thanks for helping us be more efficient! ### 5/5 — Great! *2022-04-28* I’m not sure of another place for talking about the management portal but I love the updates that you’ve added within the last year! A few things I’d love to see if possible would be the ability to assign a vehicle to a route/driver like the route schedule does for route to driver. Also, I love that I can put the expiration dates for documents here and it would be beneficial if I could upload the document itself also. I love the organization I’m able to keep with everything it’s already including! ### 5/5 — Saturn 3 Express Mo Hakakian *2022-04-14* I'm a FedEx contractor, and this is my second business; days ago, I wrote a review about GroundCloud that they are amazing, but I complained about their phone calls answering! Minutes ago a very polite Marketing Manager called me and explained they had an issue on that day, and I found she was right! I had mentioned this App is excellent, and still, I’m saying it’s a great and user-friendly app. I’m a Computer Engineer, and I can see how they have developed their app creatively. I’d mentioned you are an excellent Company, why you are not taking phone calls … this is the part want to correct myself about my past review, as her call showed me that Customers are important for this company as They take care even for every single review. Thanks Mrs. Sarah, for your call and your excellent communication and explanation of the issue. ### 5/5 — Works Great, *2022-02-09, version 1.4.11* As a FedEx Contractor, I can throw any driver on any route and with Ground Cloud they can do the route. There is not a company that does more for us “the customer” in ever day operations, monthly reports, and continuing to expand to our needs to stay ahead of the curve. I’m a FedEx driver and I suggest that this app be made mandatory for all contractors to use. At least made for drivers use. I can always see what’s scanned to my truck prior to arriving everyday.
