## What is GroundForce Events (Unlisted)?

GroundForce Events is a customer contact collection tool for use by retailers who sell Renewal By Andersen products. It’s designed for sales agents to easily and securely collect customer information during in-person sales events.  The app provides a simple interface for entering basic contact details, allowing agents to quickly capture essential information. The app is designed to function without an internet connection and automatically syncs entered data when the device comes online. 

Sales Agents also can gather more detailed information about the potential customer’s specific needs that could be met by Renewal By Andersen products.

1. Offline Functionality: No internet connection? No problem. GroundForce Events works offline, allowing you to collect and store lead information and appointments even in remote locations. Sync data once you're back online.

3. Detailed Information Gathering: Gather detailed information about the homeowner's needs, existing window conditions, and specific preferences with a few simple forms. This ensures all the necessary details to contact the homeowner at a later date.

Personally identifiable information collected by the app is stored in an encrypted database and deleted automatically after 48 hours.
