## What is Grounding Quest?

Grounding Quest turns a well-known grounding exercise, 5-4-3-2-1, into a short, quiet noticing game that takes about 90 seconds.

Find 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, and 1 you can taste. Use your camera, or just tap. Every find counts, and there is no timer, no score, and nothing to fail. Want a different suggestion? Tap Different idea.

Meet Pebble, a small rock who keeps you company on every round. Tap it to say hi. Afterward, visit Pebble's garden, where the seasons change and you can send a little rain, add a toy, or pick an outfit. Nothing in the garden needs you, and Pebble is always glad to see you.
