## What is groundIT?

groundIT app is critical part of Sysmedac’ s Field Executives Management software solution, where the corporate can manage their geographically dispersed workforce efficiently with the focus of productivity improvement and enhanced live collaboration.

The solution has two key elements: The website and groundIT mobile app., the website is for managers and mobile app is for the employees.

In the website - the managers’ keep track of their employee information , attendance , current live location and assign / track tasks along with necessary report generation facility. Through this website only - the manager’s grant access to employees to access the mobile app. The managers generate and assign tasks to their repotees through the website and track its progress.

groundIT mobile app is for the employees - mainly to receive and manage their tasks progress on real-time basis and also log attendance. The app would access camera to take photo while completing the assigned tasks and GPS to track current location. Using this mobile app, the employees can take orders from customers and share with managers instantly to initiate delivery.
