They tried to say it is my fault in so many words. Don’t waste your storage space. ### 1/5 — no notifications, glitches no customer support *2025-08-20* new to this app and company. no customer support. no notifications of new work through app. emails find me too late to grab work. new field inspections BEWARE ### 1/5 — App closing while importing pictures *2025-02-16* This app closes while you’re trying to import your pictures so you have to import them several times before you can hit submit. Please find an update to this is causing field inspectors to become frustrated with the app. ### 1/5 — App does not work *2024-11-12* This app does not work at all. I’ve tried to notify Groundworks directly that their app does not work but they don’t believe me. But the notification flag is always on the app Very irritating ### 1/5 — Delay *2024-04-24* There is a huge delay in the response time of receiving an email notification, receiving a push notification, notification in app & finally actually seeing it in the app. All of that may take 3-5 minutes. Many times crashing and I have to do it again. Sometimes 5+ times before it will finally go through.
