## What is Group Calendar?

TangoHive keeps your whole group in sync with one shareable link: a calendar everyone can subscribe to, updates that reach every inbox, and a page for your team, class, church, PTA, or family.

PASTE ANYTHING, GET A CALENDAR
Paste a schedule, an email, or a link (calendar feeds work too) and AI drafts the events. You review every one before it's added. No more retyping fourteen practices one at a time.

SHARE BY LINK, NO ACCOUNT NEEDED
Share a calendar or a whole season by one link. People subscribe from Apple Calendar or Google Calendar, or just open the link. No app to install, and no signup for the people you're keeping in the loop.

POST UPDATES THAT GET READ
Write an announcement once and it reaches your group by email, with the full post one tap away. Keep your contact list in one place, tagged by grade, team, or role.

ONE PAGE FOR YOUR GROUP
Every group gets a simple public page with its calendar, links, and news, so members always know where to look.

MADE FOR
Families, sports teams, classes and PTAs, churches, clubs, and nonprofits: anyone who has to keep a group on the same page.

Sign in with Google or Apple, or a one-time email code. Reading a shared calendar or post never requires an account.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.0 — 2026-09-29

Invite and share links open straight in the app. Tap an invite from your email and you are signed in with what was shared; tap a share link and add that calendar to yours in one step.

Add photos to your posts from your library. Location details are removed before a photo is posted.

Dictate: say an event instead of typing it, and the AI turns it into events you review.

Also: stop a share link, invite one person to several calendars with a single email, and share a search as a link that stays up to date, all from the app.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-09-16

Notifications. When someone updates or cancels an event you are invited to, you now get it on your phone, not just by email.

Also: when you edit an event you can Save, or Save and notify the people who need to know, in one step. Dates in the AI review screen now read like dates.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-31

Sign in faster: use your Google or Apple account, right from the app.

New People tab to manage your contacts and group audiences, and you can now add people straight from your phone.

Your calendar remembers whether you left it on Month, Week, or Agenda, with a cleaner bottom navigation throughout.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-27

A big batch of calendar upgrades:

• Subscribe to any calendar feed. Paste a Google, Apple, or ICS/webcal link and it stays in sync on its own.
• Import a schedule from a link, one time or kept live.
• Search every calendar you own or follow to find any event fast.
• Fix with AI. Change a whole calendar in one sentence, preview every change, then apply.
• Tap an event's location to open it in Maps.
• Full repeat options: every weekday, weekly on the days you pick, or monthly on a date or "the third Tuesday". Change or cancel just one, all the ones after it, or the whole series.
• Your time zone keeps itself up to date when you travel.
