The app allows me to access all of the contacts and select all of them, however when I click on new message it presents me with a blank screen that does not allow me to write anything. If I select individual or groups it will allow me to write. I have contacted them by email and had no reply. Even their email link is set to white text so you have to amend the text to black for it to be visible. I recall I sent a help email a few months ago re smart group sends becoming unreliable but I got no response. I have owned this App for years and use it regularly However it appears to me that maybe a year ago it was revised and some features changed. Others disappeared. I use the smart groups feature and I send to at least 4 smart grouped batches of contacts each week - usually each is upward of 70 recipients. The App has become unreliable I have found, unless group messages are sent individually, which is a pain and not consistent with the purpose I bought the App for. Also the App used to allow the user to set sending parameters - eg it required to be told to select only the mobile number from each persons contact card, but that feature seems to have disappeared - the app doesn’t differentiate and I am getting “not sent” messages from people with a mobile number plus a home or other phone number in their contacts card - the app tries to send the message to both and then fails on that account. Was $2.99 one time purchase 5 years ago.
