## What is Group Split Packet Board?

Group Split Packet Board is a paid, local-first settlement workspace for trips, roommate costs, dinners, small events, and shared purchases.

Create a split project for each group expense set. Track the organizer, split route, paid expense lines, confirmed shares, unsettled amount, settlement readiness, due dates, task owners, and final packet notes. The Board highlights the split blocking settlement, the next group action, the largest open share gap, total unsettled amount, days left, and open steps so an organizer can see what still needs attention before sending a handoff.

Use it to prepare reimbursement handoffs, compare shared expenses, follow up on missing shares, duplicate recurring split structures, and copy a plain-text packet or CSV summary for your records.

The app is intentionally private and manual. It does not connect to bank accounts, cards, payment processors, accounting systems, email, calendars, cameras, receipt scanners, OCR, cloud storage, or payment apps. It does not send payment requests, move money, guarantee repayment, or provide tax, legal, banking, investment, accounting, reimbursement, payment, settlement, or financial advice. It does not require login, show ads, track users, use analytics SDKs, cloud sync, AI, or upload records to a developer server.
