We had an online school we were hosting on another platform and migrated over to this and it has been excellent, far better and simpler. Any problems we’ve had have been quickly fixed.

The only thing I wish they had is a more traditional landing page that we could customize

I’ve used a few community apps and this one’s just easy. It’s simple to find things and stay on track. The app runs smoothly and I end up checking in more than I expected.

As a coach, this app has significant limitations particularly around sharing articles and linking to webpages that would be valuable to my clients. 
Frankly, my clients refuse to use it and will check the webpage once per month or so. 
I’d love for this to be a hub and this app to be one of the client’s go to, however it still needs a good bit of refinement on the user interface.

Overall pretty average app. My group uses it limitedly. It is missing features like an ability to edit posts and inability to add copied website links to posts.

This 2.0.5 version is frustrating. It does not allow consistent messaging, reply and initiation. DM included. The post, reply, and message area are missing or disabled 90% of the time. I use an iPad 3 with the latest iOS version.

Was excited to migrate my community, courses, frankly everything over to this platform until the unprofessional treatment from cofounder Mr. Dornubari Vizor. I take client privacy very seriously, so when I requested our consult not be recorded (through his automated system, mind you) and it was anyway I was put off. I informed him the consult was automatically recording at the start of the meeting and he did not immediately stop the recording and I grew increasingly uncomfortable, so I let him know I’d return to the meeting once it was resolved. Instead he felt that “based on how things started, I get the sense that we may not be the right fit for each other”. I only received this message via email after multiple attempts to reach him and log back into our session, assuming he had rectified his recording error. very disappointing and quite concerning for client and creator privacy

This was a pre-sale demo call, not a customer onboarding session. When you joined, an AI note-taker briefly auto-joined. It's a standard tool we use during demos to help attendees review key points afterward. In this situation, no recording or audio capture occurred.

You left the meeting almost immediately — before I had a chance to speak or confirm that nothing was being recorded. I followed up right after by email to make it clear that no recording, no audio, and no content of any kind was saved or stored.

We take privacy seriously. The note-taker is optional and fully controlled by the host, and nothing is retained without explicit consent.

It was also clear from our brief exchange that the call wasn’t a good fit for either of us, so I chose not to continue the session.
